1 cup mayonnaise = 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup sour cream = 1 cup nonfat yogurt + 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream = 1 cup evaporated skim milk
